• Exceeded NFL Premium Seat sales requirement by 65% to guarantee an expansion team

• Home of the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets

SFMG Scope of Work:
• Directed Premium Seating, PSL and Season Ticket sales and marketing programs for Nationwide Arena and the Columbus Blue Jackets from July 1997 — October 2000
• Sold over 12,000 season ticket packages
• Generated $21 million in Personal Seat License (PSL) revenue
• Generated $75 million in Premium Seat term revenue


   

Cleveland’s Playhouse Square and Theater District

Project Description:

• Country’s second largest performing arts center
• Cleveland, Ohio
• Dating back to 1916

SFMG Scope of Work:
• Consulted on the development of the Cleveland Playhouse Square Theater District video board program from January 1996 – December 2000
• Assisted with the selection of video boards vendor and video board sponsorship sales



   

Golden State Warriors

Project Description:
• Renovated Arena in Oakland

• Home of NBA Golden State Warriors

• Directed Arena in Oakland Suite sales from July 1998 — May 2002

• Negotiated major sponsorship deal with Budweiser which included naming rights to Budweiser Gametime Terrace

SFMG Scope of Work:
• Conducted feasibility study to determine private sector support
• Directed Sponsorships and Premium Seating sales and marketing campaigns from July 2000 - July 2004
• Sold Naming Rights to the Arena (Wells Fargo Arena) and Exhibit Hall (Hy-Ve Hall) for $20 million
• Generated $18.5 million in private source commitments for sponsorships and premium seating
